This could be a wonderful mattress topper with some design adjustments. The "non-clumping" filler clumps anyway and requires daily beating to keep it soft and fluffy. However, this is no problem compared to the insane baffling in the product. Yes there are baffles, but each "square" is open about half the length of one side to the next "square." So as you move around in the night all the stuffing clumps together then moves off to a "square" beside where you're laying. This leaves a huge depression where you sleep. In order to fluff it back up you have to take off the sheets, work each section by hand to loosen up the clumps and move them back to their appropriate squares, then re-make the bed. This is a little nuts for a daily task.

I am one of the many that suffers from hip, shoulder and back pain due to past injuries. I recently bought a brand new bed with a Euro top, with natural fibers; bamboo cover, latex and memory foam filling, etc. I love my bed as it provides support for my various back issues. However, since I'm a side sleeper, it does nothing for my shoulder and hip areas (too firm). So I've been surfing Amazon and other sites for the "perfect" mattress topper to add more "plush" or "cushion" to my wonderful bed for two months now and have settled on this topper...It's temporary until I can find the perfect combination of plush and support (I have a feeling I'm going to have to use a combination of toppers to make the plush/cushion cloud feel that I'm looking for).
